Migros launches a clever app that allows customers to network and support each other. A very smart way to increase frequency, loyalty and customer satisfaction in the digital age.
People who want to have their purchases delivered to their home will meet those who are happy to take on this task on the platform AMIGOS. The pilot project will start on April 6, 2018 in the Zurich and Berne area. The social, interpersonal aspect is in the foreground.

Women read job advertisement differently than men

Have you ever looked at a job advertisement in terms of that it is percepted differently by men or women? Do you think that there is a difference? In an eye-tracking study by jobware.de it was found out that formulations in job advertisements have a very large influence on whether men or women are more likely to appeal and eventually apply.
